    This retreat is screen-free to encourage true presence and connection. There will be designated times to check in with loved ones, but the focus is on deep rest and renewal.

  • We’ll be staying in an off-grid eco-village on a private island, surrounded by jungle and the Caribbean Sea. Expect unique, beautiful accommodations with nature-integrated living.

    • Compostable toilets (with two flush toilets on-site)

    • No AC, no hot water (the tropical climate makes cold showers refreshing)

    • A pure, raw connection with the Earth

    • Accommodations at an off-grid eco-retreat center on a private island in Bocas del Toro
