Retreat, Reconnect, Remember

Retreats: Why We Gather, Why It Matters

In a world that never slows down, where responsibilities pull us in every direction, retreats offer something rare—stillness, clarity, and the chance to reconnect with yourself.

Stepping away from daily life isn’t an escape; it’s a return. A return to your body, your intuition, and the parts of you that get drowned out in the noise. Retreats create sacred spaces for healing, connection, and transformation, allowing you to:

  • Regulate your nervous system – Releasing stress, tension, and stored emotions.

  • Reconnect with nature – Letting the rhythms of the earth guide you back to balance.

  • Heal in community – Being seen, supported, and held in a space of shared energy.

  • Gain clarity & alignment – Stepping into a space of deep self-awareness and purpose.

This isn’t just about relaxation—it’s about transformation. When we remove distractions, slow down, and allow ourselves to be fully present, healing becomes inevitable.

Join us for an experience that goes beyond a getaway!
A journey back to yourself. Upcoming Gatherings

  • Rising Through the Muck, Blue Ridge Mountains, Virginia,USA Febuary 13-16th 2026

When life feels heavy, when we’re stuck in the muck, it’s not always about doing something new. It’s about remembering what we already know.

This is a weekend retreat designed to help us return to the practices that bring us back to life, breath, laughter, movement, and connection.

Together we will shake, tap, sweat, release and rise, creating space for lightness and joy to return.

This will be our first brick-and-mortar Satsang Project retreat, held in a space with walls, warmth, and comfort. Think cozy beds, nourishing food, and beautiful communal spaces made for rest and reflection.

This gathering will be intentionally intimate, with only eight private rooms available. Each space can be shared with a friend, partner, or family member if you’d like to attend together.

Pricing and more information to come soon.

  • Joshua Tree, USA- Late Fall 2026

The desert has a way of stripping everything down to truth. Joshua Tree is one of the most sacred and transformative places I know, artistic, ancient, and full of unseen medicine. I’ve returned to it again and again for healing, vision, and connection.

This retreat will be rooted in stillness, creativity, and the spirit of the land. Stay tuned for dates, and details.

If you already feel the pull, reach out to be added to the early interest list. You’ll be the first to receive updates as the vision unfolds.

  • Bali, Indonesia- summer 2027

A 7-day soul retreat in sacred Bali, where jungle temples, coastal rituals and stillness meet.

There is space for just 10 guests. It will also be the most expensive due to travel and length of stay, but we are committed to keeping the retreat itself as accessible as possible.

If you are feeling the pull, reach out to be added to the early interest list, you will be the first to receive earl-bird pricing and the opportunity to say yes first.
